2023 Sydney West Girls Football Championships
The CHPSSA Girls Soccer Team played with sportsmanship, competitive spirit and determination at the 2023 Sydney West Carnival. After a tough opening fixture against Penrith, Castle Hill won 2 matches on the spin. This included a challenging game against Blacktown, who contained several high-level players across all positions. Castle Hill came away with the 2-0 win and eagerly awaited a Semi Final Fixture against Hawkesbury. Unfortunately, the girls went down 3-2 and were eliminated from the competition, ultimately finishing up 3rd. The behaviour and attitude of all the girls was outstanding all day and they should be very proud of their collective achievement. A big congratulations goes to Mia H (Excelsior), Ariana B (Sherwood Ridge) and Ava K (Glenhaven) on being selected in the train on Sydney West Team.
