Honour Roll
Barry Wheeler was an Assistant Principal at Crestwood Public School, an executive member of the Castle Hill PSSA and a highly respected coach of both school and zone teams.
Diana Angeloudis was a parent helper who then went on to become a teacher, Assistant Principal and Deputy Principal at Matthew Pearce Public School and later became the Principal of Crestwood Public School. She served Castle Hill PSSA in many capacities including Vice President and basketball convenor. She was an advocate for engagement in sport and maximum student participation. Diana was a well regarded coach and mentor at both school and zone level.
These trophies is awarded, in their honour, to one boy and one girl from our zone who has achieved sporting results at an exceptionally high level, during the current year. Each school is entitled to enter one boy and one girl for consideration by all CHPSSA members.
Only list the highest achievement in each sport is considered.
Points for each student are awarded as follows:
- School representation at Zone level – 2 points
- Zone representation at Area level – 4 points
- Area representation at State level – 6 points
- State representation or beyond – 10 points
