2024 Netball Championships
On Monday 13th May the Netball Championships were held at Hawksbury PCYC. The girls played amazing all day and should be very proud of their efforts. They played with respect and carried their high spirits from court to court. The girls started strong winning the first 6 games, followed by a challenging game with Ridges ending in a draw 10 all. The girls then lost to Penrith, which was tough so late in the day, followed by another win and a loss.
At the end of the day, 5 girls were asked to stay for possibles and probable’s matches. The girls gave it their absolute best even after a long day of netball. Well done to Rachel F from Beaumont Hills for being selected for the Sydney West Team to compete in Penrith later in the year.
It was a great day, and all Girls deserve a big congratulations.
Well done girls you were all amazing and was a pleasure to be your coach!
