Cricket

The Castle Hill PSSA cricket competition is held during terms 1 and 4 each year. Games are held during the middle session of the day. The district is divided into two divisions, a Northern Division and a Southern Division.

At the completion of the regular rounds, the top two Northern schools compete against the top two Southern schools in semi-finals and the winners progressing onto the final.

The rules are slightly different between juniors and seniors to ensure saftey, and development of students’ skills as they get older. Fair play, sportsmanship and providing opportunities to students are the primary focus for all schools in our competition.
